Movement activated LED blink light, Light for bows, white color LED light, Blinking light for bows (white light)

I received the wrong item and have been trying to contact customer service to discuss an exchange. They do not have convenient contact information and their chat feature doesn’t work. Definitely frustrating.

1/3 of the lights don't work and the owner refused to take responsibility. They said I can return for a refund but they won't pay for shipping or give any partial refund for the lights with dead batteries. I will have to appeal on my credit card because of it.

They work as described, I have bought them before to replace the burnt out ones in my Christmas sweaters
