One arrived broken. I contacted the owner...

One arrived broken. I contacted the owner immediately. She refunded the price of the clay and said I could glue the broken one back together or purchase another one...plus shipping.

I also own a shop. If something arrived broken to a customer, I would have replaced it at no charge. The clays are great, but customer service could use some work.
